Summer Camp Smoothie

What is more nostalgic than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? The scent instantly brings us back to summer camp sack lunches and childhood picnics. This delicious smoothie features the dynamic duo of strawberries and peanut butter that will bring you right back to your favorite summer memories. This recipe is sweet, creamy, nutritious and refreshing! You can also substitute your favorite berries or nut/seed butter for your own spin.

Ingredients:

1 cup of Plantfolk Oat Milk
1 cup of frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon of shelled hemp hearts
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
(omit if using Vanilla Oat Milk)

 

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients into blender. Add wet ingredients first for easier blending.
2. Blend at high speed until all ingredients are incorporated and you have a smooth, silky texture.
3. Add more oat milk if the smoothie is too thick and then blend again until well combined.
4. Transfer your smoothie to a glass and grab your favorite reusable straw.
5. Serve, share and enjoy!
