We partnered up with Elise from Elise Tries to Cook to bring you this amazing recipe for a plant-based Açaí Latte! This latte calls for our Vanilla Coconut Almond Creamer that is now available at all Gelson’s stores.
According to Elise, the creamer adds the perfect amount of sweetness and frothiness to this latte, making it the perfect speciality beverage to start your weekend.
- 2 TSP Açaí Powder
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 cup of Unsweetened Oat Milk (link to products page)
- 1/2 cup of Vanilla Coconut Almond Creamer
- Warm the oat milk, maple syrup and açaí powder in a small pot.
- Strain into a large mug.
- Warm and froth the creamer and pour on top.
- Top with a sprinkle of açaí powder!
