Our Vanilla Coconut Almond Creamer is not only delicious in coffee, but the rich and creamy texture and subtle flavor also lends well in vegan baking.
Once it hit October on our calendars we were ready to embrace the Fall season with all things pumpkin! These Vegan Pumpkin Waffles that Deanne created are the perfect thing to cook up on a cozy Fall morning. In addition to our Plantfolk creamer, the recipe calls for pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice blend and a few other baking staples you probably already have on hand.
